FOR HIGH VALUE AUCTIONS WE MIGHT ALSO ASK FOR A DEPOSIT SECURITY, WHICH MIGHT ALSO NEED SOME ADDITIONAL TIME TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT.

CONSIGN
